Dementia care extra service suites

The Lansdowne Gardens Manns Avenue residence contains a secure dementia specific care area. As an Extra Service facility, our residents receive a higher level of accommodation, food and lifestyle services.

All residents in the dementia specific area have single rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Secure gardens promote meaningful wandering, textures and visually stimulating environments as well as a Snoezelen room to promote calmness and soothe anxiety. The needs of our residents with cognitive impairment are met with compassion and respect.
